Charlie gave a great outline of the Battle of Little Big Horn. He gave details about how we lost and Custer was killed. Charlie brought in many interesting facts about the Battle. One being that Custer was not scalped like most of the other soldiers, which may have been due to him not having a uniform on at the time. Also, Custer graduated last in his class at West Point.

It was announced that Don Tawzer is back as a member of Gateway Sertoma. It’s great to have Don back!
Don also brought with him another new member, Kent Damme who runs Freeway Muffler & Brakes at 1300 High Street. Don also invited potential member, Ian Morehand who has Sign Soluntions of Lincoln at 5830 O Street.
The club would like to send their condolences to Wally Albers and family on the loss of Wally’s wife, Barbara. A contribution will be made from Gateway Sertoma in memory of Barbara.
The contest was a one-man show, going to Jay Bohlken who picked 15 out of 20 games this week.
